Dear Sima,in case you donīt need a coupling transformer you can have a look to this Analog Devices appication note:

I detected that it is hard to find apropriate small coupling transformers for HART on the market, because of the high AL value of the magnetic core wich is needed for the low frequency of the FSK signal. Normally you only can find easily transformers for ISDN phones which can be used as coupling transformers.
