HART MAU section?

Dear Friends,
I want to use HT2015 HART modem chipset, in its datasheet and App. Note there is exact values for filter sections but not for the end part. I saw a circuit in " Network Coupling Transformer for HART" Section of: http://www.thehartbook.com/technical.htm
but I don't know if it is practical circuit or only an example to get the meaning of the Coupling transformer in HART networks.
please Direct me or if you know another place to find a complete circuit for this part, tell me that address.
