HART is an open standard so you do not need a license per say to implement the commands. However I would recommend your joining the HART Communication Foundation to get the full benefit of the tools and specifications for HART developers. Many new tools are available to assist you in you development process. Go to www.hartcomm.org or send me an email at ed.ladd@hartcomm.org for additional information.
