HART Multi-drop network

We have a HART Multi-drop network in which 15 HART devices (flow meters) are connected to a HART/Ethernet gateway which is then connected to a WiFi base station which can be accessed through the central server

The problem : When we try to replace some of the flow meters by HART conductivity meters in the network, we are not able to access the gateway through the network

After running some trials we found that the gateway can be accessed when up to 5 HART devices (mix of both devices) are connected

Would like inputs on how to resolve this issue so that we could use the gateway to its full potential
