Hart Master DLL state machine: Using->Watching: RT1 or RT2 on parity error

Does anyone know if we shall set the link grant time to RT1 or RT2 if we receives an ACK with
parity error in the data field?

The specification is a bit unclear:

Token – Passing Data link layer: HCF_SPEC-081: Figure 18, page 39.
If RCV_MSG != ACK: use RT1

Token – Passing Data link layer test: HCF_TEST_005: test 128, page 60:
Use RT2 if parity error in second address, command, data and check byte.
