Ohmart Nuke with MTL communication problem

Hello,
We have a site in Venezuela and they are facing problem with MTL multiplexer communication issue with Ohmart Nuclear device.

This Nuke device is connected to channel6 of FTA and when Multiplexer scans this channel it freezes and does not move to next channel. It is consistent behaviour. We have replaced backplane, Cables, Multiplexers but same behaviur.

Any idea what could be the reason.?
