I try to drive AD421 with MC9S08GB60A. But I haven't any result. I use BS 170 FET. and its chracteristics: IDSS=0.5 microamper max at 25 degree. VGS=2 V max the same degree. I am thinking that FET cause this trouble.
is this FET available for AD421. I will be so glad if you write to me.Thanks for your helps
