DVC = Digital Valve Controller (I hope that is what you meant!)Multidrop HART is not generally useful for Valve Positioner or Actuator devices, since they usually need the 4 to 20mA signal as a source of power. Also, since the desired position signal would have to be sent digitally, the loop response might be considered too slow for many control loops, if more than say 2 devices were multidropped.
I don't think there is any Control System available which provides the facility for connecting two or more control outputs to a single HART communication path.
