AD421 loop current

I am having trouble getting my AD421 design to work correctly. THe loop current drifts (i.e. starts at about 2.5mA and slowly rises over time). Over a 10 minute period it went from 2.5mA slowly to 3.7mA. Any ideas? I am following the AD421 eval ciruit in the datasheet. Thanks
