Spam apparently from this domain

I offer my apologies and sympathy to anyone who receives email, apparently coming from someone at romilly.co.uk, offering pharmaceutical supplies. This is spam, and the "from" and "reply" addresses are faked, with made-up user names. In the last few days, there have been at least a few hundred of these every day. (I know, because I'm getting the Delivery Failure notices from postmasters and filter programs around the world!) The real source is not within my domain. Unfortunately, there seems to be nothing I can do to prevent it.

As a result of this, it will not surprise me if the whole domain is blocked as a prolific spam source by SpamCop, MailWatch and similar filter providers. If that happens, it is likely that I shall use a different domain name for outgoing mail. I should still be able to receive incoming mail at romilly.co.uk, as usual.
